2. Products and Prices

• The webshop offers musical instruments, accessories.
• Prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT.

3. Order Process

• The customer selects the desired products in the webshop.
• After adding the products to the cart, the customer submits the order.
• By submitting the order, the customer accepts the T&C.
• Depending on the country and shipping method, the webshop sends the invoice including the product price and shipping cost.

4. Payment

• Payment is made via bank transfer to the account specified on the invoice.
• Order processing begins after the payment has been received.

5. Shipping Terms

• Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country and the order.
• Shipping time is [5-10] business days after payment receipt.
• The customer must check the package upon receipt.

6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

• The customer has 14 days to withdraw from the purchase, returning the product in its original, undamaged condition.
